Quote: it doesn't so much bother me, I just couldn't stay quite after this retarded M0o, FA, FE, bio-monkey thing...I mean how is it RP to name your corp M0o, honestly these are the worse gamers. Thank the gods they at elast keep ship's needing to be produced..so as long as they have there -10 and are forced out of empire space so I dont have to look at there snivling faces I'm happy :)
And NO I didn't take happy pills today, only grumpy pills!!!
Besides people who defend pirates are pirates or pirate alts/slaves :)
I ain't into no care bear lovin' But being a bugger to people who are so weak...and then getting off on it...well they should make pills for that :P
Firstly, you need to relax, some people take this game far to seriously. Secondly, we are called m0o because a few of our original members have a cs clan called m0o which stands for "masters of ownage". I'm not saying I like this name but at least you are now aware of its origin.
The Reverend and myself actually used to run an RP based Minmatar corp called "Phoenix Warriors" (even though I am Caldari ) where we pledged to only attack non minmatars. However, this idea was scrapped because we used to pirate in Heimatar, namely Katugumur, Gusandall, Amamake and the surrounding low sec systems and these systems were full of Minmatar miners CCP even added a second stargate in Katugumur to foil our piracy. Many who played in beta will remember Katugumur as beeing a hot bed of activity, the system was full of arkonor and bistot and was the favoured haunt of Leeloo the most succesful pirate back then. Great system for pirates :) We had even started to make quite a name for ourselves considering the small nature of our corp (The Reverend, myself, COmmander Diaz, Deizon, Riffin, The Jackal) and we quickly filled the top six slots on the bounty list. But I digress, we did make very real attempts at Minmatar based RP but we soon realised it wasn't practical considering the rich pickings in this area. I suppose we still did Rp but we were now playing the role of psychotic killers and I would argue this was still an important role someone had to play in the EVE universe. Every film, book or game needs its villains and without them EVE would be a very dull game.
I was then contacted by j0rt who had learned of our reputation and wished us to join with m0o and we agreed on the condition they moved their base of operations down from Curse to Gusandall. Many players might remember having large engagements with us down there. The Fenix Alliance were particularly fond of coming down to Gusandall and losing their vexors to us. One day, Evolution showed up in a fleet of Omens and Mallers which put quite the scare in us. But, they soon left minus several ships :)
I've said that much that Ive forgotten what my point was. I guess what Im trying to say is to take things less seriously, understand we are NOT a bunch of kids and are only playing this game to have fun. It just so happens we get our fun from "piracy" and large scale fleet engagements not from mining, trading or production. Each to their own. Hope this clears a few things up.
Anyways, this probably isnt the place for this story but the truth is Im at work and very bored. Hope I didn't bore you by going off at a tangent
